  • How does this whole 'virtual run' thing work?
    • It's pretty easy (my Grandma was able to sign-up for a race, with no help!). Simply add whichever race or challenge you'd like to the shopping cart, check-out, and we will get your SWAG ready to ship. You will receive a confirmation email with details on how to participate, post your results, and join our Exclusive Facebook Group.

  • Are the prices in USD?
    • Yes, all prices are in USD dollars.

  • When does our swag ship out?
    • Shipping timelines vary by event and series. Expected ship dates are noted on each event page. An order will ship once all packages in the order are ready to ship. Please note, due to COVID-19, there may be significant shipping delays with our shipping partners.

  • So what is the 'Exclusive Facebook Group' anyways?
    • The group was created to allow our participants to engage with one another, like you would at the starting line or finisher's party of a "normal" race. It's a place to post photos/videos from your run, encourage others, and ask questions. Any sponsor discounts or specials are posted in the group for our participants to take advantage of. We also host FB Live events with our sponsors, owners, coaches, and nutritionists. 

  • Is there a time limit or date cut-off for the events?
    • Timelines and cut-offs vary by event. Event dates are noted on each event page.

  • How are results tabulated?
    • We rely on you, the participant, to submit your results! You can use any app or device to track your activity. We offer several options for submitting results, including connecting directly to your Strava account or entering your activity manually.

  • Do you offer team/family discounts?
    • Yes, we do! Please use discount code, FAMILYFUN at checkout, if you are registering more than 5 participants, at once.
